9.4.10 KHATM-E-QURAN and PREPARATION FOR HAJJ

A muslim's life is "Paykar-e-A'amal" i.e continuous good actions and "Majmooa-e-A'amla" i.e embodiment of good actions. Insha'Allah, while we prepare to bid farewell to Ramadan, we should reflect on our next steps after this blessed month.

In this regard, the final dua for the ongoing daur-e-tafseer will take place on the long weekend of September 4th. This year the dua will take place in three locations namely Atlanta, New York and Chicago. The Khatm-e-Quran will be accompanied by a series of lectures on preparation for Hajj, the blessed journey. The programs will also include Zainab Center's convocation where students will be awarded certificates for their excellent performance throughout the academic year. 8.11.10 SOLACE OF THE HEARTS : SAKOON-E-QALB

Insha'Allah starting 1st of Ramadan 1431 which is Thursday, 12th of August 2010, Shaykh Ahmad Arshad will hold special Ramadan program "Solace of the Hearts" or "Sakoon-e-Qalb". The program will include Mehfil-e-dhikar as well as a small talk on Love of Allah (Swt) and getting closer to Him during Ramadan.

7.21.10 DAURA-E-TAFSEER UL QURAN 2010

 Zainab Center cordially invites all sisters to attend "Track to Taqwa" our annual LIVE Daura-e- Tafseer of Quran being conducted by Aalimah Humera Ahmad, a long time student of Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmad (db).

The program will commence on Wednesday, 21st of July 2010 at Masjid Hamza in Valley Stream, Long Island, New York. The program is in Urdu and is broadcasted live via telephone as well as web conference services. Program recordings are played in the afternoons and at night for convenience. Program in English, which is done by one of the Aalimah teachers of Zainab Center is broadcasted during night time.
